3 Class A Motorhomes with 2 Full Baths

For some RVers, there’s a line in the sand regarding full-time travel: You gotta have 2 bathrooms.

Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, it can be a real trip-saver not to have to share a single bathroom. Too many grandparents, parents, couples, and kids (especially teenagers!) all sharing one bathroom is a recipe for drama.

Everyone wants to have fun on the road, so we’re gonna do our part and introduce you to several highly desirable choices.

RV LIFE Trip Wizard

Of course, when you have to fit two full baths into a motorhome, that means there are tradeoffs because you’re giving up some living space to have a 2nd full bathroom. And yet, the rigs we choose can sleep as many as TEN people, so you might be surprised about what’s possible with an innovative floor plan. Worth it? Let’s go take a look…

Today we’re featuring three brands for you to consider. First up is an awesome luxury Class A gas motorhome…

2022 Forest River Georgetown 36K7

2022 Forest River Georgetown 36K7

The GT7 has an aggressive front-end design that is one of the best-looking of the Georgetown models in our humble opinion.

This beauty is 40’ and 1” tip to tip and it stands out with stunning blue, black, and silver full-body paint. It comes standard with an elegant chrome package that includes headlight bezels, fog light bezels, and mirrors. And the curved radius windshield gives it a distinctive appearance and adds to the ease of driveability.

Speaking of driveability, the GT7 is powered by Ford’s popular 7.3 liter Godzilla engine with 350hp, 468 lb-ft torque, and a 6-speed TorqShift® automatic transmission. It’s powerful enough to include a 5,000 lb hitch. Speaking of power, instead of the more typical Onan 5,500, the GT7 comes with an Onan 7000 generator. Plus, you get a bank of 5 batteries and a 115 Watt Solar Panel on the roof.

The GT7 delivers useable storage space and outside amenities. For example, it has frameless windows and an 18’ encased power awning with LED lights. It includes an outside entertainment center with a 40” LED TV, a radio, and external speakers. As you’d hope for a unit designed to haul over half a dozen people and their stuff, the exterior storage is excellent with pass-through storage, LED lights in the external storage bays, and aluminum slam latch doors.

If you like the exterior features, you won’t be disappointed by the inside of the GT7. It has a high-end look and feel.  There’s plenty of room to walk to the back even with the slides in. This means you have access to important stuff like the fridge and the front bathroom while you’re on the road.

RV LIFE Trip Wizard

This model has a king-size bed with a designer bedspread and accent pillows. It’s a Tilt-a-View bed with 7” a memory foam mattress. On each side, there are solid surface nightstands with USB and 110 outlets and it’s prepped for a CPAP, too. The storage space in the master bedroom is quite generous and there’s even room for an optional stackable washer and dryer.

Of course, this Georgetown has two full baths and the capacity to comfortably sleep a whole bunch of people in the bunk over the cab, the two mid-ship bunks, the dinette, and the king-size master bed.  By the way, the mid-ship bunks offer a ton of headroom so average size adults could sleep there comfortably.

And unlike many Class A motorhomes that have to make big compromises to fit a second full bath, the GT7 has a good-sized shower and even a Prime Pooping Position, which helped solidify this unit for this list. Ironically, the master bathroom shower is a little smaller and the door to the bathroom is a bit cramped. Still, it passes the Prime Pooping Position as well.

Overall, the floor plan is well thought out and has a higher-end design theme. The kitchen gives you a double farmhouse sink, a ton of big cabinets, a huge Solid Surface countertop, a convection microwave, a three-burner cooktop, and an oven. For example, the residential-size fridge is flanked by a big old pantry with deep storage space.

In terms of entertainment and living, the dinette is comfortable enough to lounge in and has a nice wide table and wrap-around dinette seat cushions. The star of the show in terms of entertainment is the super-comfortable Thomas Payne Power Theater Seats directly across from the entertainment center and Furrion fireplace.

With all that said, it may shock you that the MSRP for the GT7 is just $249,495, with the final sale price being less than that. For everything you get, that’s a lot for this price point.

Seeing is believing, so definitely check out the full review that Matt and Andrea did below…

Next up is one of our favorite brands…

2022 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36F

This top-of-the-line Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36F is 38” 9” and shares the same basic floorplan as the Fleetwood sister brand, the Bounder 36F. However, the headlight design is unique and less aggressive than the Bounder, otherwise, they have a similar appearance.

When we say top-of-the-line, we mean it because this Holiday Rambler 36F has nice touches like a Collision Mitigation System as well as chrome mirrors with integrated cameras up front.

Even better, the Holiday Rambler can be upgraded from the factory with Liquid Springs Smart Suspension. This optional equipment helps the Vacationer 36F to drive almost like a diesel pusher. It’s not a cheap feature, but it is an available option to order your Vacationer 36F with this Smart Suspension from the factory, which is a huge cost saving to having it done later.

2022 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36F

The Vacationer comes standard with beautiful full-body paint, frameless windows, and a power awning. The exterior has big pass-through storage behind aluminum slam latch doors.

Fun fact, the Holiday Rambler doesn’t have an AZDEL exterior.  Instead, they use composite panels for the RV exterior and interior with the aim to further reducing the risk of leaks. They’re made with a patented blend of polypropylene and fiberglass. The result is an impressive combination of form and function. It’s strong and quiet, improves temperature regulation, and extends the life of the RV. If you want a quieter ride and a lighter and stronger body, this is a feature worth considering.

The Vacationer also has a Truma Instant Hot Water Heater so you and your crew can enjoy longer showers while you’re connected at a campsite.

Like the GT7, the Vacationer has a 5000 lb hitch, which gives you a range of choices for a towed vehicle. The fiberglass rear cap is a nice touch and the design is sharp. Unlike the GT7, the Vacationre has an Onan 5500 generator instead of the Onan 7000.

That said, each of these three RVs is exemplary inside and out. And the Fleetwood Vacationare 36F floorplan is fantastic. You get a ton of walkway space with the slides in, though it is a little tight walking by the bunks. However, you can use the master bedroom, which is nice.

Starting in the front, the cockpit is the popular Ford 7.3 liter Godzilla engine with 350hp, 468 lb-ft torque, just like the GT7. The driver and co-captain seats are elegant and super comfortable, and of course, they do swivel to become part of the living area. The co-captain chair reclines and you get a nice and sturdy computer tray mounted on the dash. To give you some privacy, you get daytime and nighttime MCD blinds. And you get an array of cubbies over the command center as well. The loft over the cab is made by Lippert and holds 500lbs for additional sleeping space.

Taking a step into the living area, the dinette is exceptionally comfortable and converts incredibly easily into a bed. Few dinettes can compete in terms of comfort with the Holiday Rambler Vacationer. It’s almost like two sofas with a table in between. Next door is an incredibly comfortable sofa that easily jackknifes into another sleeping area. Even better, the sofa sits directly across from the entertainment center and the fireplace, which is not something you see in most bunk bed floorplans.

RV LIFE Trip Wizard

The kitchen is fabulous as well with a great big window and Solid Surface Countertop. They didn’t skimp on appliances, either. The residential-style refrigerator is huge and has an impressive amount of freezer space and you get a big oven as well.

Now, for the feature you’ve been waiting for, the first full bathroom. It’s got a modest shower but it does have sliding doors. We’re glad to report that the first bathroom has a Prime Pooping Position and ample counter space.

What’s great about the bunk beds is that if you didn’t open the doors you’d never know they were there. Not everyone is a fan of the doors because if you leave them open and close the slides, you’re gonna have a repair bill. However, the top bunk flips up out of the way and you can use this space as a wardrobe or just sleep one person or use it for storage.

The Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36F finishes strong with a well-appointed master bedroom. It is sectioned off with an elegant sliding pocket door and has a king-size bed with storage underneath. Your cabinetry has a clever space for CPAP hoses and the headboard complements the decor nicely.

By the time you get to the master bathroom, you might expect some tradeoffs, but you’ll find a decent size shower with a built-in molded seat and a combo washer and dryer. Incredibly, the toilet passed the Prime Pooping Position, too, for a total of 8 P’s for this motorhome.

Once again the $242,743 MSRP for the Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36F is lower than you might expect considering the high-end look and feel along with all the comfort and convenience features and quality of the materials used. As always, our network of dealers are not selling this unit for anywhere close to even that price.

We did a full video review of the Vacationer, which you should check out if you’re interested…

And last but certainly not least, we’ll now introduce you to another level of RV with two full bathrooms if you’re looking for even more luxury…

2022 Forest River Berkshire XLT 45CA

The Berkshire XLT 45CA is a high-end luxury diesel pusher. It’s not a couple’s coach, in fact, it is family-friendly and has two full baths and bunk beds as well.

This gorgeous diesel pusher stretches beyond the previous two – it’s 44’ 11”. What makes it a bit easier to drive, however, is the Ultra Steer tag axle which gives it a tighter turning radius.

2022 Forest River Berkshire XLT 45CA

The first two models featured were gas-powered that rides on Ford’s 7.3-liter chassis, whereas the Berkshire XLT rides on a Freightliner XCR raised rail chassis. That means you get twice the towing capacity with a solid 10,000 lbs. Amazingly, it also has a 10,166 lb cargo carrying capacity. So, if you’re carting a lot of possessions and whatnot with you, that’s a factor to consider. The raised rail chassis gives you a ton of basement storage.

The previous two models were top-of-the-line for their respective brands, however, the XLT takes that phrase to a whole other level. Starting on the outside, the full body paint is distinctive and this diesel pusher comes equipped with MobileEye collision avoidance and a fully auto hydraulic leveling system. At this price point, the XLT ditches the propane and instead offers all-electric power for your convenience and the AC units are whisper quiet.

Inside the Berkshire is a similar floorplan to the others we’ve reviewed here, just now with polished porcelain thorough out. Like the Vacationer, the bunk in the XLT holds 500lbs. This model includes two bunk beds and two full bathrooms.

The living room is luxurious and gives you power reclining theater seats and a well-placed sofa across from the entertainment center with a televator TV. The dinette is likewise very comfortable and easily converts into a bed.

The kitchen is gorgeous and offers deep Solid Surface Counters and a nice tile backsplash. Impressively, the counters have LED lighting, which is really nice. The optional convertible sink is large, giving the kitchen a residential feel. The appliances are nice, with a Furrion convection microwave and a two-burner induction cooktop. The refrigerator is an LG ThinQ residential refrigerator and a stainless steel dishwasher is included as well.

RV LIFE Trip Wizard

Throughout the Berkshire XLT the cabinetry has a regal dark brown look and is accented by light-colored walls for a pleasing contrast. And as you’d expect in an RV of this size, there’s a ton of storage inside as well.

In terms of the 2nd bathroom, is large and elegant, though the toilet didn’t pass the Prime Pooping Position test due to space constraints (and it was very close to passing). While the shower is a good size, it has a radius door, which isn’t our favorite. Just goes to show that there are some tradeoffs even in a luxury diesel pusher.

Like the other two RVs reviewed here, the XLT has two bunk beds with folding doors. The top bunk does flip up so you can use that as a wardrobe. What’s neat is that the top bunk has a TV even though the bed flips up, which is unusual.

The master bedroom looks awesome. The king bed doesn’t need to tilt when the slides are in, which is a major plus if you want to use the bed without setting it up at a campsite.

As you’d expect, there’s a ton of beautiful cabinetry in the master bedroom. There’s a safe and a ceiling fan. The master bathroom is likewise luxurious though it has radius shower doors, which are not our preference. Ironically, the master shower is not as big as the 2nd bathroom but if you have multiple people staying in the RV, that makes sense.

Of course, all this luxury comes at a higher price point than the first two. MSRP on the Berkshire XLT is $539,177, though it looks like it could cost two or three times as much. As always, the sale price is typically much less.

You can see our full review below (and you really should see for yourself how beautiful this model is).
