2022 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH
Exterior
This travel trailer comes with a Lippert power tongue jack, manual stabilizing jacks, a molded and painted fiberglass front cap with LED lights, and it’s set up for an outside tv. Underneath there is a huge pass-through storage and a huge rear storage, but the rear storage does not come with a power outlet.
The tires are Goodyear endurance tires ST225-75R15 and come with Lippert Tire Linc tire pressure monitoring system. There is a beautiful outside kitchen with a refrigerator and a MORryde slide-out tray.
It also has a huge power awning with led lights, an outdoor shower, aluminum fold-up steps with Solid Steps, and an Arctic insulation four-season package, which means it has a heated enclosed underbelly with heating pads on the tanks. Right next to the grey and black tanks we have a light in case you need to hook up in the dark.
The rear of this travel trailer has a spray port, 50 amp power hookup, and ladder. On the roof is one air conditioning unit and it’s prepped for a second, a Winegard digital antenna, and a solar panel.
This travel trailer comes with a power awning with LED lights, a Furrion backup camera, and a ladder. The tires on this travel trailer are ST225/75R15. It also contains a weather shield, heated and enclosed underbelly, a water heater, frameless windows, and the most important thing, a spot to attach your dog leash.
Interior
Living area
In the living room, the first thing we notice is the beautiful theater chairs, which are extremely comfortable and look very nice. The living room and kitchen have tons of storage. The U-shaped dinette has hidden storage underneath. Although, there was one complaint with the dinette, which was the size of it. It would be very difficult for someone bigger to fit comfortably in the dinette.
In the kitchen, there is a beautiful 3 burner cooktop, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a large sink, and a countertop extender. Above the kitchen countertop is a window bringing in a lot of natural light. One really cool addition Wil pointed out was the drawer specifically for pots and pans.
Bedroom & bathroom
There are two bedrooms in this travel trailer, but the bunk room is more like a bunk area. The bunk area has double-over doubles with lots of storage next to the beds. The main room has a queen bed, lots of walking room, storage under the bed, and storage spaces around the bed.
The bathroom is a walk-through bathroom. It has both a Wil-approved shower and a PPP-approved toilet. There are also lots of mini storage spots in the bathroom.
Likes & dislikes
Dislikes
1. The first dislike is given by Matt which is the plastic latch for the door outside. There’s gonna be lots of issues as well with the door hitting the awning.
2. Matt takes the second dislike again, which is the walk-through bathroom. This is because you always have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom and if you’re using it, someone may have to disturb you to get to the bedroom.
3. Wil takes the final dislike which is the lack of a pantry. A pantry is very necessary for a kitchen and not having one can be really annoying.
Likes
1. Matt starts off the first like with the door into the bunk area because of the privacy it gives.
2. He gives the second like as well, which is the theater seats, because of how comfortable they are.
3. Wil gives the third like, which is how big the doors are. He likes that he doesn’t have to worry about hitting the doors when trying to walk through them.
I really enjoyed this travel trailer. I do agree with Matt that walk-through bathrooms can take away privacy, however, I do like that it gives the ability for a bigger bathroom. I also love the outside kitchen design. Lastly, after having to deal with one of the tanks during the night, I will always appreciate having a light there. Overall I think this travel trailer was designed very well.
