2022 East to West Entrada 2600
In this video, Andrea and Matt review a motorhome similar to their own East to West Entrada! This motorhome is the perfect size for national parks and has an amazing layout for its size.
Exterior & chassis
This motorhome sits on an E350 chassis. The cargo carrying capacity is 800lbs. It has a fiberglass front cap, side cameras, auto leveling, a power awning with led lights, outdoor speakers, a 30 amp connection, and a Yamaha 4500 generator. The tires are ST225-75R16.
For storage, there are a total of five storage spaces and one of them connects from both the outside and inside. On the back, it has a 5,000-pound hitch and a camera. On the roof, it has one air conditioning unit, a Winegard 360 digital antenna, and solar.
Something really cool about this motorhome is that they use Azdel composite underneath the fiberglass, which is a green-based material that never delaminates on you.
Interior
Living area
In the cockpit, we have swivel chairs, which are very comfortable for driving long distances, and it also has a bunk above the cab. With the slides in, this motorhome has a very spacious walkway.
With the slides out the motorhome gives a lot of space to move around in. The dinette has storage underneath and above, and it has tie-downs for car seats. The valances are Andrea approved! There is also a nice wardrobe and three big drawers underneath.
The tv is connected to a cabinet and across from it is a sofa that jackknifes down into a bed and behind it is the other door to the exterior storage space. There is storage above the couch as well.
In the kitchen, we have a compressor refrigerator, convection microwave, three burner propane cooktop with a cabinet underneath, a pantry, a residential style sink, cabinets both above and below the sink, and a good amount of counter space.
Bedroom & bathroom
In the bedroom there is a fold-up bed so, unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the bed with the slides in. There is also a wardrobe with a cubby below to the left of the bed and a big window to the right. Above the bed are three cabinets and a window.
In the bathroom we have a small shower, a medicine cabinet above the sink, and storage space below. Matt couldn’t choose so he decided the toilet is a PPP net neutral.
Likes & dislikes
Likes
Andrea starts the first like with the kitchen layout. The tv sitting up on the cabinet gives more counter space and it’s not already decorated so you can make the backsplash how you want it.
Andrea also takes number two with the dinette because of its setup and how stable it is.
Andrea takes the last like as well with the storage that connects to both the inside and outside of the Motorhome.
Matt adds two more likes, which are the price and the color scheme.
Dislikes
Matt starts off the dislikes with the cargo carrying capacity. Having the motorhome sit on an E350 chassis really lowers the price but it also limits the cargo carrying capacity.
Andrea takes dislike number two with the bed and the bedroom having an accordion-style sliding door instead of a regular door.
Matt takes dislike number three with the sofa because it’s not very comfortable and it’s not big enough.
My final thoughts
I really like the space this motorhome gives both with the slides in and out. Also, the kitchen and entertainment room had a great layout.
I really only had two big dislikes, one being the cargo carrying capacity. The other is that I surprisingly had to disagree with Andrea on the connection to the storage from both the inside and outside. I worry I’d forget to lock it on the outside and there’s no inside lock so someone could easily get in.
Overall I think this motorhome was very well made, especially for its price!
MSRP: $115,669
