2022 Coachmen Cross Trail 33XG
In this video, Matt and Andrea review the biggest Class C motorhome. This motorhome has a matching gray chassis and body and huge rear storage.
Exterior & chassis
This motorhome has side cameras, a huge power awning with LED lights, a tv and sound system, a 30 amp unit, a backup camera, four smaller storage spaces, and master storage that is accessible from both sides and the rear.
The tires are LT225-75R16. On the roof, you’ll see two air conditioning units, a Winegard digital antenna, solar prep, and a WiFi ranger.
Interior
Living area
With the slides in, this motorhome is very easy to walk through. In the cockpit, both seats swivel to become part of the living area and there is a table with cupholders, in between both seats. The bunk above the cab holds 800lbs.
The living area has matching white cabinets and slide-outs, Andrea-approved valences, a pull-out couch with cabinets above, and a tv elevator with a fireplace below and a huge window above.
The dining area has a very stable u-shaped dinette with storage cabinets under it. It is very large so it can sit a bunch of people and it has a huge window behind it to bring in a lot of natural light.
The kitchen has a bunch of counter space, cabinets around the double sink, a microwave, a three burner cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator.
Bathroom
The bathroom is a split bathroom with privacy curtains and a door. The shower is a decent size. The bathroom has a sink with nice counter space, three cabinets, and a PPP unworthy toilet.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a north-to-south queen-size bed with storage all around and under it. The closet gives a lot of space for your clothes.
Likes & dislikes
Likes
Matt takes the first like with the u-shaped dinette because of the two table stands.
Andrea takes the second like with the tv elevator because of the space it gives.
Matt takes the final like with the three-seat couch because it gives that extra space and is perfect for couples with a dog.
Matt adds an extra like with the huge storage in the back.
Dislikes
Matt takes the first dislike with the bunk over the cab because it’s too small.
Andrea takes the second dislike with the sink because it’s a double sink and there’s no extension.
Andrea takes the final dislike as well with the toilet because it’s plastic.
My final thoughts
I really like how this motorhome gives that huge storage in the rear and how it accommodates more people, especially at the dinette. However, I do agree with Matt and Andrea that the bunk over the cab is not very big and I am not a fan of the split bathroom.
MSRP: $193,726
